Funnel Cake

On August 2012, the first UNLAD Kabuhayan Summit was held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. One of the best foods I tried in the event is this Funnel Cake.

This is how it was cooked:

After cooking, they will put powdered sugar, top it with strawberry jam, and squeezed with chocolate syrup.

The funnel cake costs Php 100.00, well may be that's just the exhibit price and may vary in their shop. Sorry, but I was not able to ask their exact location but they are from BelAir, Makati City.
